Module One: California approved Module One only via watching recorded replay (not for onsite). If you attended onsite or by live-streaming (California DCs), you must take the exams for NUHS CE credit. See our Education Credits page for more information. Credit Hours for any attendance denied in Kentucky and Wisconsin. Important Notice: CE credits (CEUs) for approved states for Module One will expire on February 27, 2017. If you are attending this course via livestream, or online replays you must complete watching all course materials and pass both exams before the expiration date if you want CE credits.

Module Two: Credit Hours for any attendance denied in Wisconsin. Important Notice: CE credits (CEUs) for approved states for Module Two will expire on April 16, 2017. If you are attending this course via livestream, or online replays you must complete watching all course materials and pass both exams before the expiration date if you want CE credits.

Module Three: Credit Hours for any attendance denied in Nebraska and Wisconsin. Online and Webinar credit hours denied in Nevada and Minnesota. Important Notice: CE credits (CEUs) for approved states for Module Three will expire on May 15, 2017. If you are attending this course via livestream, or online replays you must complete watching all course materials and pass both exams before the expiration date if you want CE credits.

Module Four: Credit Hours for any attendance denied in Kentucky and Wisconsin. Important Notice: CE credits (CEUs) for approved states for Module Four will expire on June 26, 2017. Alberta, Canada course members:

Functional Neurology Seminars must apply with the Alberta College and Association of Chiropractors for CE credits for each module separately. As we receive approval from the ACAC, we will post their decisions here:

Module 1: Approved retroactively. Submit your Certificate of Completion (received via email once you pass the quizzes) to the Association for credit. Be sure to note dates of the seminar for the Association. Please Note: Course deadline for CE credits from Alberta Chiro is June 30, 2016.
