Examination for Onsite Registrants
National University of Health Sciences (NUHS) Credit Hours:
For licensed DCs, NUHS has approved credit hours for this program when you attend the seminar in-person. You are not required to take the examination for NUHS credit hours, however you will need to sign-in and sign-out each day on the forms provided.. NUHS provides approved hours for the American Chiropractic Neurology Board and for chiropractic state re-licensure hours (see current list of approved states below).
International Association of Functional Neurology and Rehabilitation (IAFNR) Credit Hours:
Credit hours will be provided for all health licensed healthcare professionals (DC, ND, MD, LAc, DO, PT, etc.) through IAFNR upon completion of the examination. The examination can be completed at any time and there are no limitations to re-taking the exam until a passing score is provided. You must also sign-in and sign-out each day on the forms provided. These hours can be used for the IAFNR 100 Hour and 200 Hour Certificate of Completion and the 300 Hour Fellowship Board Exam requirements.
Examination for Online Live-Streaming Registrants
National University of Health Sciences (NUHS) Credit Hours:
For licensed DCs, NUHS has approved credit hours for this program by online live-streaming webinars but you are required to take the examination within 2 weeks after completion of this seminar (exam deadline in states pending approval may be extended). You must also pass the examination with a passing grade (70%). Only one re-take is permitted to receive credit hours by NUHS. IMPORTANT: If you fail your first attempt, do not take the test again, but please contact quiz@functionalneurologyseminars.com to arrange a second test. If you do not pass the exam after the second attempt you are NOT eligible to receive credit hours from NUHS. States Approving Credit Hours (for licensed DCs for On-site Live Seminars and Online Live-Streaming Webinars with 70% score on exam with no more than 2 attempts): Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri (Missouri practitioners, call state to confirm CE credits for license type category), Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia.
States Approving Credit Hours (for licensed DCs for On-site Live Seminar Only): Florida, Indiana, Louisiana, Mississippi, Wyoming
States Pending Approval Credit Hours (for licensed DCs for On-site Live and Online Live-Streaming Webinars): California

States That Do NOT Approve Credit Hours (for licensed DCs): Kentucky, Oklahoma, and for courses hosted outside of the state, Arizona
Please Note:
NUHS Credits for Recorded Online or Distance Learning (Replays and Video Downloads) with passing exam are pending nationwide. If a state is pending approval you should delay your testing until after the state has been approved for credit hours.
